What I've
learned from his program is that regardless of how busy and crazy
your life can be, you can still get there from here and make it

In 1997 Michael
Gidlewski conducted ongoing training for the Sales and Marketing
Department Staff at Plano Molding Company. The elements covered
by Michael not only changed the way our Department approached

I wanted to thank you for introducing me to the SMI Personal Goal Setting Program and the use of the MyTyme Planner System. I have been using the program for about 6 months now, and have had a noticeable increase in productivity, goal attainment and self satisfaction. By establishing specific, meaningful, attainable, realistic and tangible goals and working in a plan of action, I have been able to attain many of the goals I have established and make significant strides toward my long term goals. I have used the program to lose some weight, plan an overseas vacation and achieve career and business goals. The use of the MyTyme, has kept me focused on my goals and helps me to schedule and plan in advance of occurring issues. I am no longer working in the urgent areas all the time. I am now able to plan ahead and avoid some of the costly distractions of the crisis mode of management.
The system has helped me develop in my personal and business life. I now focus on what is important to me, and the important tasks that will help me improve my life and reach the goals I am striving for. I have noticed improvements in my performance levels and the amount of progress I am making personally and professionally.
